Obviously, things can get repetitive after a while, but the excitement comes back if you give the game a short pause. The blocks themselves come in a variety of types as well, which means that they are liable to provide you with beneficial bonuses, or even hurt your chances by messing with your ability to keep playing. There are hundreds of levels to enjoy, each one of which presents you with a different block layout and a slightly upgraded difficulty level. Hence, the goal is to obliterate all the bricks in the level and collect the power-ups they drop. The underlying formula is obviously untouched, since you still have to use a paddle-like machine to bounce a ball up and down, but everything else has been significantly modified. Ricochet Lost Worlds is part of a classic series as well, and it aims to improve on its predecessors as much as possible. However, the concept can work just as well today, as long as some of the components are modified to keep up with modern technology. ![]() ![]() Not only that, but the gameplay mechanics were very addictive as well, which is why they got to be so popular.
